They treat you like family. Work always done correctly the first time. Unlike some I have been too. The biggest plus for me is, you dont have to worry about what else will be broken so you will have to come back. ALSO you come in with a full tank of gas, you pick your ride up with a full tank of gas. Bill and his staff are beyond AWESOME! Females are treated with respect, even if you dont know what youre talking about.

Thanks for your patronage. We ended up rebuilding your entire front end and drive shaft. On my error I thought we had investigated the check engine light and that it wasn't in the budget this go around, when in reality, I must have simply overlooked it. I will definitely be more thorough next go around. Again, thank you for supporting us.

They have welders on staff and they do any kind of welding work needed and they are thorough and efficient.

Thank you for the nice review. Luckily we got the EGR valve off without damaging the flex hose or breaking any bolts off. Exhaust bolts in any position are tough without breaking due to heat, time and rust. We definitely got away with one for you that day, and got to save you some money. Hope to see you again soon.

I am not huge a car guy but I thought that there was a hole in the exhaust. They found that was what was wrong. They quickly fixed it and charged a reasonable price. I have also taken my car in for an oil change.

Excellent service. They worked with my financial situation. They worked with me where I didn't have a car. They were able to do it over the phone. They did it in a timely manner. They are very friendly as well. A very inviting place.

I thought the service was great, he was very honest and polite and went out of his way for me. He even offered a free service for me that he could have charged me for. So I would definitely recommend them I was very impressed.

My Engine Rattles When Starting And Excelerating. This Has Gotten Worse And Now on 2009 Acura TSX
This could be caused by many things, and anytime you have internal engine noise, its is strongly recommended to get it in to a professional before the symptom exposes the problem.
Moisture Inside Headlight Assembly & Stinky A/C on 2003 Acura TL
Moisture in the headlight can cause premature light failure. Most fixtures can be replaced without breaking the bank. The moisture occurs when there is a defect in the fixture, a crack, leaking at the seam, and some comes from the heat created and cause condensation. As far as the A/c smelling, that could be stagnant water in the HVAC box due a plugged or previously plugged drain. Part stores sell liquid you can poor in the vent, but that is a band aid, as any other "cover the smell" product when used. The right way to fix it, is to remove the HVAC box, clean, deodorize, and sanitize the box, and the problem will be solved. This is a good time to change the heater core, and evaporator core as its overlapping labor, and will save you from changing them at an inopportune time like when they fail, as opposed to doing it as maintenance when its convenient for you.
No Power To Radio, Gps, Car Lighter, And Dvd Player on 2006 Acura MDX
The body control module, or BCM control all the power to the accessories in the car that you are describing. Since they aren't "P" codes, it will not illuminate the CEL, or check engine light. They will be stored or pending with "B" codes. If the system is divided by individual code and data modes, a scanner found in a shop, will be more accurate, give more information and inevitably offer a more precise diagnosis. Remember, parts stores are there to sell parts. They aren't mechanics in most cases. Information is the key to chasing problems in late model cars, and quite simply, you get the information that you pay for. A good diagnostic computer cost upwards of $10,000 dollars, and that is why shops charge to hook it up. Part stores hook it up for free to sell you parts that you may or may not fix your problem.
When Should The Water Pump Be Replaced? on 2004 Acura MDX
An Acura MDX has the timing belt and water pump being changed as preventative maintenance between 60,000 and 105,000. Generally if its been change by a shop, we generally put a sticker on the core support somewhere, so that people that follow up will know the last time it was maintenanced. Other that that, only if the water pump begins leaking, then you change the belt while your there.
