It was a while back. They did give me some options that I could take. I wouldn't say I felt too pressured into taking those options. We didn't really resolve the problem which I thought it was, and it took a little bit longer than expected. I think they stripped a bolt and had to go out and look for a different one to replace it.

The service was great! The car is driving perfectly! There are no issues. I didn't pay anything- it was all covered under warranty. The price I saw on the receipt could have been better. I have already recommended them! Everything was perfect!

My car did not get fixed. I did not get it back. The bank sold my car. I bought a car in 2016. In 2017 the transmission went out on my car. I got it fixed. I paid for an extended warranty. One and a half years later, the transmission went out again. They towed it to US Autocare. The warranty company would not fix it. They charged me $2700. It wasn't US Autocare's fault at all. They were more than courteous. I still don't understand the end part of it there. The field went out. But US Autocare was pretty decent.

All he did was hook up a computer and tell me I needed a gas cap. In the back of my mind, I kind of knew that. Anyway, that solved the problem. This is my first time under this new management. They didn't pressure me. They told me my car needed brakes, which I knew, and the transmission services. I will arrange to have those done down the road as money allows. They charged $78 to tell me I needed a gas cap, but otherwise the prices seemed reasonable. I took my cars there for a long time. I was very satisfied with Vick's work. Now with the new management, I figured Vick endorses you guys so I go to you. I really trust Vick and his judgment. I figure he's given his seal of approval.

Top notch!! If I were to give any feedback, sometimes they leave the shop for a little bit to pick up cars or get some cars back, and sometimes somebody is not always there to give you the answers you need, but they eventually give me the answers. Maybe just have a guy there that's knowledgeable at all times.

Everything was good. We got the repairs needed to be done real quick. Every time I come into you guys, I've picked it up that day or the next day. I am still waiting to hear back from my insurance if they are going to cover the cost of the bumper. That's why I have not been back yet. I am in need of new tires sometime soon though, maybe next month or so.
