In the home of the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks training facility, Precision Tune Auto Care has been keeping vehicles in Renton off the sidelines since 2003. Renton is known for being the final assembly point for the Boeing 737 – which help transport people all over the world. They removed genuine Honda Wiper assembly and replaced with garbage aftermarket part that did not work and was not even installed properly. Cost me $85 at the dealer to fx. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS. THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE. INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, USELESS, WORTHLESS TRASH. I GIVE THEM 3 MONTHS TO BANKRUPTCY.

Great service! Lady at the counter went outside at the end to re-measure the tread on my tires and had genuine concern about the rear tires going into the red and I wanted to go up the mountain that weekend and she referred me to a tire store nearby.

The manager was friendly but the shop is undermanned. I had to reschedule 2-3 times. I was asked to come another day, I reconfirmed and then I got called the morning of stating the manager was sick. I came the early part of the next week. I assume all was done fine, but I was surprised to be charged for a part other than the oil filter. I can't recall the name of the part but after I pointed out this add'l cost was not stipulated in my coupon/promo--he charged me the 'cost' of the item. I have a photo of the part if you would like to follow up. In all my years I have never been charged for a new 'part' for an oil change. He remarked that he 'wasn't making any money on the oil change.' I'm sure margins are low on promotional oil changes---but that's the nature of promotions that are geared to finding new clients. This type of grumbling/complaint seemed to attempt me to guilt me into paying for a part I was not expecting to pay for. But he seemed to have a vast amount of experience. But a little grumpy---he probably wasn't 100% back yet. Also, my oil level light came on 2 months later. Most places top off oil between changes. When I called to inquire they informed me yes, they would top off but they would charge me for the oil. I decided it made more sense to add oil on my own and wait for the next oil change.
