This was my first visit to Creech. The office staff was friendly. I spoke with the owner about the issue I was having with my car. I watched, from outside, while my car was be worked on. Upon completion, the owner shared with me what was done and the cost of the service, which was reasonable.

I very much appreciated the money-saving repair option that I was given.

I'll be back!

I found this shop on Yelp and this was my firs time taking my car there. Everyone did a great job and I will definitely be back.

The staff was professional, personable, and responsive. Steve kept me informed throughout the entire process, which alleviated stress. He was honest and transparent, and these traits are extremely important as it pertains to spending money. I will definitely return.

Questions Answered by Creech Import Repair, Inc.
My speedometer stoped working so I had it ...
Your vehicle has a speed sensor mounted on the transmission and sends a signal to the computer, which drives the speedometer in the dash. The speed sensor could cause a transmission issue, as well as ABS light to come on. I wouldn't think that replacing the speedometer could cause your current issues.
The valve cover gaskets are just starting ...
Not sure if you've already serviced your truck, but just wanted to share a few things. It's important to note that valve cover gaskets shrink with age and this could be a possible cause of the leak. Simply tightening the valve cover doesn't solve the shrinking problem. (As with all repairs, unless it's looked at, it's difficult to quickly 'diagnose'.) If your gasket hasn't shrank, tightening the bolts *may* help. Generally, the gasket is a very inexpensive part and the labor to replace can be minimal. You're better-off simply replacing it to avoid any future leaking.

Check the brake light switch. It may just be a coincidence but if it isn't adjusted properly
the brake lights could stay on. There is a rubber bumper on the brake pedal arm that the switch contacts and it will wear out over time, throwing the switch adjustment out of wack.
