The workers were very polite and thorough. They patiently answered all of my questions and were very helpful.

We took my son s car to Creech upon a recommendation from a friend. They are the most honest people I believe we have ever dealt with when it comes to car repairs. They diagnosed, gave us an estimate & repaired the car. They even called back & said one of the parts would be more expensive to have expedited shipping, and would we mind if we had to wait until Monday for them to get the part, so we wouldn t incur the larger shipping fee. It took a bit longer due to a tech being sick, but they apologized for the delay. On the day we were scheduled to pick it up, they discovered another issue, called us & repaired it and we were still able to get the car on the day they said it would be ready. They told us about a couple other things to address in the future but in no way did they pressure or merely suggest they must be done now. We will definitely return to Creech if we need auto repairs in the future!

As usual fine job

Fine. They were able to properly diagnose and repair quickly before hurricane weather hit. Good job.

First time with Creech, but I was very impressed. Didn't deal with anyone but Jordan (I think), but he was great. He explained my problem, provided me with options, didn't make me feel like and idiot, and didn't try and pressure me into sinking thousands into a car I'm going to trade in soon. Great experience and I will be back.

I was recommended by a loyal customer Kendall (KC) Williams who is a big automotive guy and doesn't trust too many other shops. I had to follow his lead!

I called knowing exactly what I wanted to be done along with a few possible repairs. You gave me a thorough synopsis of my cars current condition along with a few options on how to go about remedying the problems without breaking the bank in one visit. I appreciate the friendly service without the attitude or 'mechanic know-it-all' personalities that can be found at many shops nearby.

I received a quote for almost $700 for spark plugs and ignition coil. My husband was able to fix this in the parking lot for less than $75 in under 30 minutes... needless to say we won't be returning.

I am new to Raleigh. I have brought 3 different vehicles to Creech and have been pleased each time. Creech displays a clear commitment to get things right. I am very pleased with all my interactions with your fine shop.

I was thrilled when Creech diagnosed my car with a $400 repair instead of the Toyota Dealership's misdiagnosis and a $3000 cost!! Thank you so much!!

Had intended to have a clutch replaced, but Creech determined that it wasn't necessary yet. They did point out that I had dangerously worn ball joints due to a former mechanic not greasing them properly when they were installed. So I delayed an expensive repair and got a less expensive one done that was a potential lifesaver!

We dropped our Toyota van off with a strange issue; they figured it out and fixed it. The charge was so very reasonable. I highly recommend Creech. Have used them to repair our cars for years.

All the people at Creech Import are always very polite and accommodating. They take the time to explain things in easy to understand terms and always let me know what repairs to prepare for and the cost of the repairs. I never worry about getting an overblown quote. Thank you Creech import.

The employees were very kind and knowledgable. The seating area was comfortable. I was looking for a car repair shop that I could trust for both of my vehicles and I think I've found it - I plan on returning for all of my future vehicle repair needs.

Questions Answered by Creech Import Repair, Inc.
Could Replacing Your Speed Ometer Affect Your Transmison Solenoids? on 1997 Acura CL
Your vehicle has a speed sensor mounted on the transmission and sends a signal to the computer, which drives the speedometer in the dash. The speed sensor could cause a transmission issue, as well as ABS light to come on. I wouldn't think that replacing the speedometer could cause your current issues.
Air Condition on 1994 Lexus GS300
The compressor clutch may be seized and driving the compressor all the time.
Valve Cover Gaskets on 2002 Nissan Frontier
Not sure if you've already serviced your truck, but just wanted to share a few things. It's important to note that valve cover gaskets shrink with age and this could be a possible cause of the leak. Simply tightening the valve cover doesn't solve the shrinking problem. (As with all repairs, unless it's looked at, it's difficult to quickly 'diagnose'.) If your gasket hasn't shrank, tightening the bolts *may* help. Generally, the gasket is a very inexpensive part and the labor to replace can be minimal. You're better-off simply replacing it to avoid any future leaking.
P0402 Egr Flow Excessive on 2001 Toyota Tacoma
Most common cause is Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Vacuum Solenoid Valve (VSV) . Very common. This part will most likely be Toyota only.
Coin Box on 2003 Honda Civic
Does your model have the tray in the console? If so it looks like plastic fasteners hold it in place. Just pull straight up and the retainers should come out with the console tray.
Air Conditioning Problem on 2000 Chevrolet Blazer
Problem could be either the HVAC control head in dash, or the HVAC module.
Beake Lights on 1991 Honda Accord
Check the brake light switch. It may just be a coincidence but if it isn't adjusted properly
the brake lights could stay on. There is a rubber bumper on the brake pedal arm that the switch contacts and it will wear out over time, throwing the switch adjustment out of wack.
Rough Idling on 2001 Nissan Altima
If the idle speed is too low, try cleaning the throttle body good and Idle air control motor.
Rear Brakes Grab on 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee
have brake pads been contaminated with grease or brake fluid? That will cause it. Also make sure the shoes are installed properly, long and short shoe orientation.
