Glad you're asking. You guys had my vehicle for about two days and couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car. On top of that, I was charged $130 for labor, yet nothing was fixed or even specifically diagnosed for my vehicle. You guys are nice, but I won't be coming back for services anymore

Tim and his crew are very professional, yet friendly and helpful. Our son's used truck has had several issues and the guys have worked on it tirelessly trying to find the issues. They take the truck in and work on it very hard. While it has cost us more money than we wanted, we don't feel that they over-charged us or try to cheat us. They are honest and really want to help. We have one more trip for this truck and hopefully for our sake and the Queen Creek's group, this other issue will solve our problems. This has been a test for the guys and they've done great and have been patient. Can't wait to take in our Chevelle for them to finish up what my husband doesn't have time to do.

You sent a message to me and asked my honest opinion, so I am writing this at your request. We have had great experiences in the past, enjoy supporting our local businesses and prefer to avoid the dealership if possible. Before we brought our car we asked if you worked on Fiats. After the time and money that we spent, we would have appreciated a simple 'no' before we went down such an uncertain path. It was clearly was more than your mechanic was willing to work on. To us, it is disheartening to spend over $450, 4 days of an automobile, and the associated personal time to end up right where we began. The technician at the dealership diagnosed the problem instantly as the computer needed to be replaced, not the knock sensor or the pigtail.
Up until this point we have never had issues with Stamps Auto. You have always done us right, we come to you because we trust you. I'm really glad your tech would not do further work otherwise it would have cost much, much more.

when the technition took the door panel off to fix the window that had come loose from the frame he came in and told the service manager to order some epoxy glue from napa next door. but he didnt get on the phone and order it until 40 minutes had passed. the tech even came back in and asked what was the delay. when i asked the service manager why he didnt order it right away he said because he was busy on the computer.so he purposely turned a 1 hour job into a two hour job at 125.00 per hour. the tech really spent about 25 minutes on my car so this definitely should have been a one hour job. i stood there and watched all this happen and am completely accurate

When it comes to labor times. We use a standard guide for "book time" This is the same labor management system dealerships use.
We charged according to that vehicles labor time for the window.

I had a coupon for a free oil change. It was supposed to Give me a $35 credit. On the receipt after I paid, I saw I only received a $30 credit. I asked about the engine light, I was assured it was resolved. It wasn't. I had to take my car in that day to another shop. Nothing was explained to me, and my car had a leak from the oil change. The usual services were not preformed as I had 2 tires with low air pressure (found by the other shop that day). If you don't want the business, don't offer the coupon. But don't over charge and did a poor job on the work.

Called ahead about changing a battery in myX5 and asked if they could get me in. The man I spoke with was not only friendly, but quoted me a range for the price. Once I got there they had me in and out of there in less than an hour. They were friendly, prompt and the price was reasonable.

All parts and labor were price matched to a competitor with a lesser warranty.
We used all OEM parts and nothing aftermarket while keeping to our 3 year 36k nationwide warranty

We got in same day for an appointment which was great! My car was repaired correctly and timely. My only complaint is that I was quoted a price and when I told them I was going to pick up my car because I had been given a lower quote somewhere else they called me back and said they would lower their price. I don't understand why I couldn't have been given the lower price to begin with.

Overall was an ok experience but I wouldn't recommend them to others. Pricing was way too high in my opinion. Told me they would give me free oil change but in the end charged me and didn't even put full synthetic or the right oil. With a almost 5k bill you'd think I wouldn't get nickel and dimed on an oil change that was agreed upon in the beginning to be free. When I mentioned it he just kind of looked at me like I was stupid for asking for it. Also think the diagnostic fee still charged on a 5k bill is ridiculous...but how can I argue with a ridiculous policy. It's just crazy how easily they could have made me a super happy customer but I saw no effort in the end to care about that. However, I did appreciate the good communication with calling me and giving me updates.

Hello Greg.
Looking into this invoice it shows the oil change was discounted off of your bill. A free oil change will always be on a customers bill to take the product out of inventory.
Also employees aren't able to "zero" out an items, Only discount at the bottom.
This also helps keep track of discounts.

Tim worked with me every step of the way, keeping me informed and explaining things to me in words that i could understand. I paid almost exactly what he quoted me before servicing my car. They were vary patient with me and did not in any way rush me or push me to make a decision about my car before i was ready. Overall I'm very satisfied with my visit and will be going to them should i have any issues in the future.

Seems like a good shop. My ac was not blowing cold and isn't much better after the repair however they did tell me I do need a new compressor which I did not have the money for at the time. They said they did what they could to get the ac colder without a new compressor and it did help a little. They here helpful and courteous and took the time to explain everything. I will probably go back to them when I can afford a compressor.

Took my suburban in twice to get the AC fixed, it is still not working. Took in a third time and they did not have time for me. My family is now suffering on our lengthy vacation. Fix the main problem first before your spiel about other services . I am NOT happy!!!

They got me in on short notice and got me out as agreed. The only thing I didn't like is that most shops I've been to will waive the diagnostic fee if you have the work done. That didn't happen. Other than that, I'm happy.

Great experience! My car was having an intermittent issue, so I wasn't sure they would be able to find it, but they figured out the issue and were able to replace the malfunctioning part within a few hours, and the pricing was very reasonable. The employee who helped me, Tim, was very professional and friendly, and explained everything to me. Will definitely use Stamps for future issues.

This shop did a good job explaining the work before it was started. Plus did the work for the quoted price. The also accepted a Costco discount coupon. Customer service was better than other Stamps locations. Tim the shop manager was friendly. I will return in the future because of his customer service environment.

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful. I was surprised Stamps was able to get my car in on such short notice, especially around the holidays. I have no way to judge but I knew the car had problems. I heard they were honest, but the repairs cost twice what my car is worth. I had to have a safe car, so I had them do this. I'm hoping it was all necessary. They were polite.

It was okay, the same price as taking it to a dealership. The only difference was the price of the part may have been cheaper. I asked them to look diagnose the airbag light but they said that they saw nothing, when I picked up my car it was still flashing but I didn't say anything about it. The Technician also left the old gasket of the throttle body wedged in between the hood and the body of the car. There was no real proof of the repair needed at the time. I just trusted what they told me over the phone so on my part I should have looked into it more.

I went to the shop for an oil change, did not expect to walk out of there with a $300+ bill. On my way to work that Friday the engine light came on. Being a woman, alone on the road, of course I panicked. I had complained to Tim the same day I had the car in the shop that it was idling way too high and that the brakes made a strange noise. I guess the idle problem was a precursor for the engine light to come on. I got the car back to the shop and they found the problem (theirs).

Stamps Automotive has been in contact with both Angela as well as her husband to bring the vehicle back into our facility for another diagnostic check. They both agreed to do so, however we have not seen the vehicle back at any of our locations.
Our explanations of the issues and recommendations on her vehicle were explained thoroughly and she was given our diagnostic report with our findings.
Stamps Automotive is willing do another vehicle diagnostic on Angela's vehicle to identify and resolve the problem.

Stamps Automotive has contacted this customer. Based on the tires load rating the tire was at it's maximum tire pressure. Based on our recommendations, as well as a Nationally trusted Tire center we use, It was both of our recommendations that all of the tires be replaced. The tires were in extremely poor condition as well almost 6 years old. Tires don't hold together very well when they become cracked and dry rotted.
I addressed the problem with Angela and we could not come to an agreement to fix her tire issue.

The service was good, it was just an oil change but I was surprised at their pricing since they say on their coupon mailer that they beat dealership pricing because I paid a little more. Maybe this comes into play more so when you are doing more then an oil change.

I received 2 quotes on further repair work that needed to be done. Got a 2nd opinion on one of the quotes and was pleased to find out that the fluid leak was only required the hose to be tighten, The quote at Stamps was for a $500.00+ radiator repair job. Really makes me question the accuracy / honesty of the process. I've used Stamps quite a bit and up to this this time I've been pleased. Not sure that I'll return for anything other than a oil change.

We have sent MANY customers to the store over the years (and recently) having always been happy in the past. However, our last visit and that of a friend was not positive. The gentleman working the counter Michael (not Mike) conducts himself like a salesman and nothing else. Mike was always thorough about discussing the issue with your vehicle and would recommend other maintenance but was NEVER pushy. He would let you know why it was needed and if it could be put off for another visit. Michael focuses only on up selling maintenance work even when you are already having expensive work done on your vehicle that trip. He acts as though it is work that needs to be done immediately or there will be damage to your car. Then when you try to discuss what is currently wrong with your car, he doesn't seem to even know about it and always has to disappear to ask the mechanic and still can't explain. Our friend on their last visit finally had to demand the mechanic come out to speak to her because Michael was of no help.

Had my radiator replaced and they didn't recharge my a/c properly after disconnecting it. Then denied having any responsibility.

I would not recommend driving the vehicle as it may cause more damage. I would bring your vehicle to an auto repair facility soon.
