Phone conversation was excellent during my appointment reservation. The staff member was very professional. However, when I actually got in the shop, the guy on the front counter was not very interested on me. He did not talk to me very well at first. The price quote given to me during my phone conversation was completely differently that what I got from the front counter guy (much higher price). Any way, I left my car for oil change. When I returned, the same front counter guy's tone was very different. He tried to treat me nicely, but it was really odd, and looked completely fake to me. I will not come back again.
