As always, my experience at Larson's was a pleasure, from the excellent work done on my Smart Car to the wonderful friend-of-the-family feeling I get dealing with the staff. It's such a blessing to have someone you trust with your car.

It had been over a year since my last visit, and still, the work I needed was both reasonable and expected. I always trust their recommendations and I know I am in good hands.

I felt like I was being pressured into other services that I didn't go there for. When asked about just the issue the car was in for they couldn't give me a set price, it was like they already expected that I would go along with the extra $1000 worth of work that I didn't ask for. I was told the repair would be $730. I got the part for $60 and put it I myself in under an hour and I don't have any experience. Feels like they were expecting someone that would just go along with what they said without questioning anything.

Great shop but the fact that they sublet the work out to another shop when they are busy really hinders their effectiveness and trust in Larson's to communicate to the customer what is really needed. I spend a lot of money there and once picked up I read the tech notes to find more issues and also realized something was done without my permission and not properly communicated to me.

I was extremely happy from the time I spoke to them. They were very accommodating and helpful in explaining what needed to be fixed. They were able to get me in In a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable and explained it in a way that was very easy to understand
