They're responsible and reliable. They tell you what they're doing. If you need something done, they give you time to decide on it. I think they're perfect. I drive over a hundred miles to go to Automotive Instincts. They're very nice. They're fun. A fun group of men. They take an interest in your life. You even get to know other customers. I've made friends actually from people I've met there. Everyone I've met there says the same thing, that they wouldn't take their car somewhere else. Their prices are fair. When I first got my Honda I called the dealer and asked for a price and I called Automotive Instincts and it was a third less.

They do excellent service. They're trustworthy. They're very nice. I've been going to them since 1988 and they treat women with respect. Their prices are very competitive. They are hard workers. Their attention to detail and service is excellent. I've never had a problem after I've had a service done on my car. I've never had to take it back to be fixed again. Trustworthy, honest, nice guys, clean establishment, very knowledgeable.

Because they're honest. They're courteous. They'll give you a ride if you need a ride getting over there. They're very nice people. You can always count on them to fix your car right the first time. They don't try to sell you something you don't need, and if they do find something you need that you didn't know when you brought it in, they call you to let you know before they fix it. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. That's the only place I have gone for probably thirty years.

I've been going to that particular shop for at least 20 years. It's been the same owner and I just trust what they do. They are conscientious about not telling you to fix something that doesn't need fixing or telling you how long you can go without fixing it. They do repairs in the time they tell you it will take.

Because they are honest in a situation where they don't know. They put one part in and if it does not work they will fix it. They are honest and don't sell me stuff I don't need.

They are very efficient. It's a very clean shop, and they seem to know what they're doing. Their price was very comparable. That's the basic reason they were recommended. I had also gone to the dealership and they were much more expensive.
