I have always had a good experience at this Christian Brothers location. However my last visit with them was over-the-top and extreme! Danny the manager at this location was very sensitive to my needs with my car repair. I really appreciate everything he did to get me satisfied with my car! He should be well commended for all that he does with the customers at this location of Christian Brothers!!! I always feel comfortable knowing that I will get good honest answers about my car needs and you do not get that everywhere when dealing with your car especially being a woman...Thanks to all the workers at Christian Brothers on Chantilly Parkway!!!

Staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I had a rattle in my vehicle and was unable to locate exactly where it was but thought it may be in the door. I stopped by Christian Bros to see if they had the expertise to troubleshoot inside doors and to schedule an appointment. It was lunchtime when I stopped and one of the technicians said he would ride with me to see if he could determine where the rattle was. We rode around for a couple of minutes, when we got back to the business he found the rattle was due to plastic clips being on a piece of metal under the car. He fixed it and I was on my way within 5 minutes.
