"They're just very attentive to detail. Very customer friendly. They take pictures of all their work, so there is no lack of trust. They give me a ride home and pick me up. They go out of the way for the customer. They're just very likable. I know Bob and I go in there and talk to him like my neighbor. A good guy. I would highly recommend them."

I have been getting oil changes on my car for a lot of years. I went there to do so like I always do every 3 months. This time they said I needed 4 gaskets replaced and it would cost approximately $1350. I took to another place my brother recommended because he owns an Auto Parts store and they could not find a leak or the dye Carsmart said they used. This procedure cost me $70. I always trusted and liked all your employees but this time I don't think they got this right. Thank you for your previous service throughout the years. Just not happy this time.

My car was supposed to be unlocked, with the keys in the passenger side and when I went to pick it up, my car was locked. This was right at 6 PM, when the shop closes, and luckily someone was there to give me my keys or I would have been stranded. I had called earlier and assumed when I gave my credit card number to the gentlemen, that my repairs were paid for. Apparently, he did not run the card and it was not paid for. I not only had to keep the other gentlemen there late and after closing, but what if I would have showed up and no one would have been there? Worse - why did he take my credit card information if he didn't run my card right then? These were things that were concerning to me. I usually like coming here, but after this experience, it makes me think twice about coming back.

I had a very hard to find electrical problem. Patrick and Craig were very patient and understanding and worked with me, including a loaner car, until they finally figured out the problem. Seems to be running great now.

Always courteous and respectful of my time. Have a ride and a loaner helped it not be so disruptive to my very busy day. Thanks!
