Possibly dirty injectors. See if a shop in your area does MotorVac, or similar process for cleaning injectors. Oh, and just curious, you say the plugs and coils were replaced, were the insulators also replaced (located between plugs and coils, may have been part of coil) check.
IF the check engine lamp was on because of an EVAP leak, and you fixed it by installing your gas cap you will have to drive it a while to reset the monitors. Or, unhook the battery for about 5 min and reconnect it. However this will erase the "history" diag data making it more difficult for a technician to diag your concern.
IF all the fuses are good. You may have a faulty GEM (Generic Electronic Module). Chances are you won't have the equipment to test this. Check with an independent shop in your area, see if they can diag this for you. Or you may have to take it to the dealer.
How can we fix the problem of the air cond...
The evaporator drain is clogged. Crawl under passenger side of vehicle ( should not need to jack it up, if you do, use safety precautions ) you will see what looks like a down spout vacuum hose, not connected to anything, run some wire up those hose and get ready for a bath. Very common issue with any a/c system.
