I went in for an oil change for my BMW with N55 engine. I brought in 5qt of new oil, and 3qt of leftover oil from last oil change (both Castrol 0w-40 that meets BMW standard), and asked them to perform the labor. After they are done, I asked for the leftover oil, but they said there isn t any leftover. The engine s maximum fill level is 6.9qt, but they added all 8qt of oil in. The technician is not even capable of following the instructions and putting in the correct amount of oil. Although the sensor still shows the oil level is at maximum , many online sources suggest that these sensors are not accurate, and BMW doesn t have a dipstick. I then went to the dealer to get my recall done and asked them about overfilling, and they confirmed it would damage the engine. After that I went back here and asked them to drain the excessive oil. They opened the plug, but they weren t able to stop it because the oil was too hot. They then decided to give me new oil, Mobil 5w-30. Now, I remember there was one oil from Mobil that meets the BMW requirement, but I don t remember the exact number. This time they did put in exactly 7qt, but the sensor still shows it s at maximum, which proves my statement above that these sensors are not accurate. After I got home, I found out that Mobil 5w-30 doesn t meet the BMW requirement because it was too thin. The next morning I asked them to replace it again with the BMW required oil but they rejected, because they said I agreed them to put in the Mobil. This is indeed very unprofessional, they shouldn t simply rely on customer s opinion. THEY should know what oil to use for my car before they put it in. This is like if someone goes to hospital and the doctor asks the patient about what drug is correct to use. I have been going here for oil changes for 2 years and they have been good, but this time, they messed it all up and won t claim the responsibility. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Professional, friendly personnel. Nice, clean waiting area with wi-fi. Had a right front wheel bearing replaced on a 2005 Honda Accord and I am completely satisfied. Will definitely return.

Auto Shop charged about a ~$100 fee to diagnose the tire pressure monitors. Said the fee can be credited towards any repairs of the tire pressure sensors. They found 3 sensors that needed to be replaced. Found out afterwards each sensor was $100 to replace plus labor. Guess I should've asked up front what the price to replace the sensors were.

Ryan was polite and professional but I gave the symptoms, he wrote them down. As asked to have the van looked over for any and all issues based on the symptoms so I agreed to pay $100 for the time. Your mechanics misses a major issue. I took it to a Pepboys did not tell them the symptoms and they immediately identified a major issue that was causing one of the symptoms I told to your shop.
