I compared prices for my service oil change price at the Infiniti dealership and they have it to me at the same price, but I found out it was 59.99 instead of 69.99 that I told guy, but I was satisfied and said for the convenience of not having to drive to cool springs and wait 1-2 hours

Staff and facility is nice. Everything hopefully is fine. As i picked up my vehicle it was making a noise (water pump/timing belt). I am somewhat mechanically inclined so i attempted to find the source. After about 5-10 minutes, Zack the mechanic walked out and helped. He too heard the noise but could not pinpoint the source. He put the car back on the rack. After about 15-20 minutes and searching for the noise, it stopped. The car is running fine, however the noise returns sporadically. This is a concern to me. The place as a whole is nice and seems like good people.

David was an excellent contact person. He was very friendly, very professional. My car came up with some error codes and I thought that we were being tricked into other things that were not necessary. That was my fault as I misunderstood. David was very, very patient with me and suggested that I take my car back to the previous shop which I did. He was very knowledgeable and he was correct as to what the problem was. I would highly recommend the shop to any and everyone. I will continue to solicit the shop for my business as it is very hard to find an honest auto repair shop.
