Jeff went out of his way to find a reasonably priced part for my repair, saving me nearly two hundred dollars on the total. His communication was superb. After we picked up the car, we experienced a check engine light, along with other lights on the dashboard (although the repair had nothing to do with the electrical system). When I called to talk about the situation, he asked us to return the car to have him look at it. I had a feeling that the lights would re-set (it's happened before). the next day, Jeff left me a message asking me to make sure to call him with the news about the lights so that he could 'set his mind at ease.' That's a caring shop manager. Bravo.

I had a small repair that needed to be done. Because of the circumstances of the repair the car needed to be left overnight, it was my wife's car, and this created a logistics issue for us. The owner offered one of his rentals for free to solve our logistics problem. The car was ready to go later that day, and they let us pick it up the next morning.

A diagnostic fee and the cost was snuck in on me. A friend had a similar problem. Would you charge a diagnostic fee for an oil change?

We do not charge labor for ANY of our Full Service Oil changes which also include a complimentary multi point "Pit-Stop" inspection. They will deal with women and not make you feel like a jerk. Recently I would take my car into a dealership and they told me one problem could not be fixed. I took it in for something else and they fixed both problems. They do the things that they do fix. They do not try to upsell you. If they think something needs to be fixed, they fix it. They do what they say.

Not sure, staff seems very knowledgeable and friendly, but I paid over $400 to have a new coolant hose assembly put in and it just seemed a lot comparing the price to the repair.

Too many variables and guessing is too expensive.

We are happy to help you with a diagnosis, but with this vehicle you certainly need Dealer level diagnosis equipment in which we have. We would need to scan the engine controller to monitor the data streams and determine the cause of the stalling. It could be many, many different component failures, or a minor vacuum leak problem.

This noise could be coming from a mechanical rubbing noise, or from the power steering system, or even the linkage. If you would like to come by for a courtesy Pit-Stop inspection we could better advise you what the source of the noise and if there is any attention needed.

Sounds like it could be a connection issue at the back of the instrument cluster, or possibly a bulb issue. Removal of the instrument cluster may be needed, but would be best to start with checking powers and grounds.
We would be more than happy to inspect and advise of what is needed.

All of a sudden the headlights turned on. ...
This lighting circuit is controlled by switches, relays and modules. Any of them could cause the lights to stay on. I would recommend to have diagnosed by a qualified repair shop to prevent replacing anything un-necessary. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions.

This is an indication that the PCM (engine computer) is recognizing that the engine is running too hot and or the electric cooling fan is not operational. Thus it shuts down the A/C to lower the load and not create extra heat.

I would recommend to verify that the coolant level is full, if low add and get to a shop that has the proper diagnostic tools to scan the engine controller and determine the problem.

Some possibilities could be, leak in system and low coolant causing overheating, fan inoperative, bad temp sensor reporting false data, bad connection or wiring concern to be a few.

This sounds like a wheel speed sensor problem, your vehicle has one at each wheel, if the signals differ too much from one another it thinks that you are slipping on ice (traction control), this will with the electronic throttle reduce power regardless of how much you push on the accelerator.
The diagnostic process for this would be to have an equipped facility with factory scan tools to drive the vehicle and determine if this is the case.

the car would not hardly move can not make...
I'm afraid that I would have to agree with the previous person. It would be best to tow your vehicle to a Bosch Car Service center, or other equivalent Mercedes specialist. The battery warning may have been from the system not charging if the drive belt was compromised, but this generally should not cause the oil leakage mentioned. You need someone knowledgeable to check it out so that further damage is not done.
Also for reference with the battery your vehicle has two, a small auxiliary battery as well as a larger battery. It is best to isolate, test and service individually as needed.

The ABS and Anti Skid lamps should not cause your vehicle to not be able to shift into drive, if this is what is going on it may be an input from the brake switch or something BCM (Body control module) related that is preventing. See if you have brake lights with the KOEO, if not this is likely what needs to be repaired. If you can still not get out of park and is a center counsel shift there is usually a bypass slot to release so that you can drive the vehicle in for service. BE CAREFUL doing so as you may not have brake lamps.

Back up lights don't come on, I can&#3...
This vehicle has lighting that is controlled by the BCM body control module, could be related to a sensor commanding the reverse lights, or a voltage, bulb or wiring condition. If you check the bulbs, contacts and fuse (which does all of the lighting in the rear) that will probably be all that you can check without diagnostic equipment.
