They got the job done in a timely fashion. I took it up there early in the morning, he called me and the line blew, they repaired it, in a 1989 Ford. Flushed the ac out and put Freon in it.

We bought our car from them 11 years ago. They gave us good service, they are friendly and their prices are very fair. We have only had to go to them for service one in the past 11 years, our car has over 200k miles and we have never had any problems with it.

The last time I went in was to have my brakes done, they weren't able to do my rotors. I went to another shop and they did the work at a cheaper price but they wanted to charge me another 50 dollars to do the rotors.

I think that the technician was helpful and answered all of my questions, but I am not sure that the manager knew what he was talking about.

by - Verified Customer April 20, 2015

He fixed the problem with my vehicle and had it done the following morning. Knowing I had four small children he fixed my vehicle. Charged me less than another place would charge me. They are fantastic.

by - Verified Customer April 20, 2015

They are good honest people, I've been dealing with them for 10 years.

by - Verified Customer April 20, 2015

Customer service was phenomenal. It is like a car dealership, the service level and it does not have a price tag on it. Office is clean, everyone is courteous, and they called in between problem solving to let me know the price and what it would be. I did an extensive update on my husbands truck. I got used tires to make the repairs last.

by - Verified Customer April 12, 2015

They just did my car and they did perfectly fine, I don't have any complaints.

by April 08, 2015

I really like the service. They were really nice and gave me a discount when I friended them on Facebook.

Questions Answered by A Gud Buy Auto Repair Center
it is using oil but no leaks and it surges...
Sounds like it's time to have a compression check done to see if the rings are bad, the car is obviously consuming oil through the engine. Most commonly this is caused by worn piston rings, a stuck or clogged pcv valve, or worn/damaged valve seals... or if it is a turbo car, turbine oil seal failure. If the car smokes blueish smoke, it is most likely a piston ring failure, or something in the valvetrain. It's most likely time for a serious overhaul. Hope this helps!
Fine in the back two rows. What could dat be?
If the vehicle has dual zone A/C, this could be a lot of things. Most commonly it is something called a blend door assembly. If you change settings on which vents to blow out, you may hear a loud repeating click in either the dash or the right rear of the vehicle, unless the blend door actuator is completely dead. This is the most common cause of this problem, followed by restrictions in the secondary condenser located in the right rear of the vehicle behind the wheelwell interior trim. Hope this helps!

I would have your engine and transmission mounts checked, and also make sure you do not have a misfire condition. These are the two most common causes of a vibration in the cab, especially at a standstill while in gear. Hope this helps!
About five min of driving it will stumble ...
This sounds a lot like a bad throttle body or mass air flow sensor. Both of those items play a part in the fuel trims. Hope this helps!
I can't get the car to shut down total...
This most likely is a problem with either the ignition switch electronic portion, or an issue with the ignition switch actuator. We have seen this happen before, even going so far as the car not even turning off when you turn the ignition off and remove the key. BMW has some pretty sophisticated electronics in this vehicle, so it's hard to say for sure without some testing, but I would check out that ignition switch and all related hardware in the steering column first. Hope this helps!
It came without a spare donut or tire.
Kia sells a compact spare tire kit for your vehicle, but it is still a donut. From what i can tell, a full size tire will fit in the well, but the floor of the luggage compartment will not lay all the way down, over time causing the edges of the luggage compartment floor to sag. Hope this helps!
I just changed the timing belt with water ...
This is indeed a low coolant warning. If you look on the dash, you should see a low coolant icon flashing as the vehicle beeps. It doesn't do it when the car is warmed up because the coolant system has expanded/thermostat has opened, possibly filling the reservoir enough to prevent the warning from triggering. With all that being said, the car could be full of coolant and just have a faulty level sensor. Hope this helps!
Oil on all spark plugs. still has good pre...
Good afternoon,

To replace both valve covers on your 99 Lincoln Continental, the cost would be 290 dollars. This includes all parts and labor, before tax. We also recommend you change your oil any time you do valve cover gaskets, which would be an additional 35$. If you would like to set up an appointment with us, please call us at 864-877-5655. Hope this helps!
Have removed the serpentine belt and a bol...
Hi Dusty,

According to Alldata, you must remove the serpentine belt, unbolt the tensioner pulley from the face of the engine, and then you should have easy access to the alternator bolts. Hope this helps!
it sounds like everything in the under par...
Hello Eldermcd,

Thank you for your question. This is most likely driveline related, either in the rear end, axles, or possibly driveshaft. It is of course difficult to say with any certainty what it could be without hearing the noise... I have even seen a vehicle before that made a similar noise, and it turned out the owner's friend had zip tied a bolt to the driveshaft as a prank! Is there any chance you could come see us so we can have a look for you?
