They have worked to establishing trust in us as a customer, by educating us on our car's issues, by physically showing us the issues and helping us understand their decisions, and by making decisions to sometimes forego repairs when it is safe to do so.

The repair work they did was excellent! They were knowledgeable and fairly priced. I only did a portion of the work they suggested and I did not feel pressured to do any more. The staff was so kind and helpful!

on 2002 Mercedes-Benz CLK320
The timing chain DOES NOT need to be removed to to change the water pump. It should take a certified technician about 2.5 - 3.0 hours to replace the water pump.
