10 plus rating in all areas. Blew away the competition in price quote to get me in the door...replaced all 4 rotors and brake pads, scheduled the job for a Saturday morning two days from initial contact, finished early before noon, and were 100% professionals in recommending additional work for the future. They are now my go-to for all auto repairs.

Friendly attentive and professionally competent employees. Trust all of our vehicles will be serviced properly and at a reasonable cost point. Our last service call was on our Ram Powerwagon - work was done quickly and economically. We highly recommend their services,

The shop was extremely professional, they called me first thing in the morning, let me know what was wrong, and the price. I will continue to take my truck there for all service and work.

We have just moved to the area and were in need of having inspections done on our vehicles. They were easy to work with and time efficient.

I've had them do quite a bit of work for me and have been happy with everything they have done to get my vehicles on the road. I feel like they have a fair price and are honest about the work they are doing. This is a refreshing change of pace from high priced shops that constantly try to up sell or the downright dishonest shops that will rip you off.

Slight mix-up in getting the parts (warehouse did not put them onto truck) so vehicle technically wasn't ready on time, but since they have always been on time for the last ten years this is not a problem.

Potomac Creek is under good leadership. They never do work that is not necessary. They will let you know when you do not need repair even though you suggested it. I call this being honest with integrity. I will not take my vehicles to any other place. Thanks for being honest and helping us to keep our vehicles repaired and safe to operate. I want to wish each of the mechanics and leadership a great Christmas and a Happy upcoming New Year.

Questions Answered by Potomac Creek Automotive
I Keep Having Trouble With My Shifter Button Sticking. on 2004 Isuzu Axiom
IT SOUNDS LIKE THE SHIFTER ASSEMBLY WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. I HAVE A FEELING SOMETHING STICKY HAS GOTTEN INTO BUTTON AREA CAUSING IT TO SHORT OUT OR STICK.
What Would Cause The Breake Light And Charginhg System Light To Shine Off And On on 2001 Hyundai Sonata
I agree with Northside, The alternator is starting to fail internally with the moisture. I would replace and retest.
Has There Been A Recall For The Hydroboost Power Steering And Brake Unit on 2002 Ford F-350 Super Duty
No recall recently I am aware of. I would check lateral runout on front rotors.
Can I Replace All Lower Bolt Joints And Brake System Gone on 1994 Ford Explorer
I am assuming you mean ball joints, You would need a press to replace these. I would rec. you take to repair shop to save yourself a lot of problems. usually not to expensive of a job to be done.
Check Engine Light Came On Remote Start Doesnt Work Valves Tappingoilchanged5000 on 2010 Chevrolet Avalanche
I would first check the level of the oil and condition. if thats ok I would recommend that you take to shop for further diagnosis. It could be oil galleys clogged or low oil pressure.
Can This Website Help With Repair Of Bodywork on 2005 Toyota Highlander
Usually this site helps with mechanical repairs but you can also bring in for estimate on body work. Thanks

My Dealer, Who I Have Been Going To For 10 Years, Says I Need A Steering Rack. on 2003 Toyota Camry
It is common for the valve covers to be leaking, as for the rack it is not very common. I would recommend you get another opinion. We would give you an opinion for no charge and then you can compare prices if need be.
Timing Belt on 2004 Honda Odyssey
Yes, it is should be replaced, price for timing belt, water pump and pulleys around 800 dollars. Please call me to schedule a time to complete work.
Why Does The Volt Light On The Dash Come On? on 1999 Buick LeSabre
14.6 is high voltage for charging. I would check alternator unit for worn brushes or bad diodes. The light works both was for overcharging and under charging. I would say in this case it is sensing overcharging.
How Do I Tell If I Am Getting Fuel? on 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD
You will need a fuel pressure gauge for a proper test, This you will hook into fuel system at fuel filter or at fuel test port on the line near throttle body. With Key on and Engine off you should have 55-62 psi, depending on the results of this test you should also do a volume test to insure proper volume of gasoline flowing. If you do not have a pressure gauge you can remove the line at Throttle body to check for fuel, if you have any then the next step is the pressure gauge.

Thanks
