Awesome customer service!

I would recommend this company to everyone in their area. This company is top notch with highly professional employees. Having a family member who had their car breakdown near Fredericksburg VA late on a Sunday while I was back home in the Northeast was a worrisome event. Lee Hill Auto Service made the entire experience a wonderfully positive one. Thank you so much Russ, you are amazing!!!

Great experience! Went way more than above and beyond in their efforts to be accommodating to a special request that I made, and, the price for the job was more than fair. The attitude and friendliness of the entire shop was very welcoming. I have never experienced such a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The service I received was unparalleled, by far! Very satisfied. The price seemed higher but other than that, very happy.

State inspection & oil change.

Quick service.

I like that Jeff and the rest of the team make me aware of all the suggested repairs and maintenance necessary on my vehicle without pressuring me to get them done right away. Being a DIY kinda guy, and needing to save some money, I can do some of the lessor things myself. Thanx!!

Questions Answered by Lee Hill Auto Service
Failing Inspection For Emmisions on 2003 Chrysler Town & Country
If the CEL Code is for the "Gas Cap", it is possible the system is not holding the proper pressure. Could be a crack or split in a hose, line or gasket. This problem can be found by doing a "Smoke Test". It pressurizes the system with smoke and where you see smoke... There is the leak. Repair as needed.
Engine Is Sluggish On Startup And Tires Chirp on 2005 Ford F-150
If you mean the "engine cranks over slowly sometimes", it may be a weak battery. You have a 2005 and the battery is now 5 years old if it hasn't already been replaced. As far as the tire issue, I would check tire pressure first, quality of tires and how much tread is left. Depending on the mileage, it may also have a shock problem. Really need more info for this diagnostic...
A/C Works Intermittenly on 2005 Volkswagen Passat
The dealer should have a warranty on the water pump repair and the work they performed. They may have loosened a wire behind the AC Compressor. I would have them recheck their work...
Sway Bar Damage on 2004 Ford E-350
Not likely from the accident but they do go bad with time. Not a very expensive repair and you won't need an alignment if they are replaced.
Cracked Block ??? on 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
Once the oil mixes with the coolant and starts to get a "milky look", it wipes out the Crank & Cam bearings in no time. You will be better off replacing the engine at this point.
Sluggish Starter After A Long Drive on 1990 Ford F-150
This could be something as simple as the timing being too far advanced for the hot starting problem. If I remember right the starter bolts to the trans and it has been known that the trans housing may loose its ground and cause a lot of electrical problems in the starter system. You may want to run a new ground strap from the body to the trans housing bolt.
2004 Gramd Am on 2004 Pontiac Grand Am
Probably an Alternator problem. I have seen this a number of times where all the dash lights come on and it's just the Alternator. Check this first.
Getting No Gas on 1996 Ford Explorer
Did you change the fuel filter also? Probably clogged and probably why the fuel pump failed.
Can You Cost Out Battery Cleaning For Me? on 2001 Chrysler Town & Country
Normally runs about $25 to do the job properly with terminal end protectors.
How Do I Bleed The Abs on 1994 Honda Civic
This is a question that if you have to ask... Take it to a professional. ABS systems can be very dangerous and have thousands of pounds of pressure.
