They made an effort and I feel they tried. The transmission was not completely repaired the first time and there were problems. It could not be fixed so they suggested to trade in the car.

The service was very professional. They explained what they were going to do. They actually recommended that one fix not be performed. They completed the work when they said they would.

I took the car for a transmission fluid leak which was noticed by my regular mechanic who recommended Bonded Transmission. Bonded transmission charged me over $1000 for the problem, it was supposed to have been fixed. They did a lot of things which I think were not required. I had to take my car 3 times before they had the problem isolated and resolved. This was only after I pointed out to them where exactly the fluid was leaking from. To be honest, I feel that a lot of unnecessary things were done to the car without diagnosing the real problem. The car leaked a large amount of transmission fluid on my driveway(which damaged my driveway) the day after I brought the car from your shop. I really feel that I was charged for unnecessary repairs and was taken advantage of. It is really shameful and unprofessional the way this issue was handled. Can you imagine that you have to bring the vehicle 3 times to a resolve one problem!!!!! You are supposed to be experts. I really appreciate a reply justifying your side of the story.

I am sorry that I just identified this review and I apologize for the inconvenience that you went through. If I am reviewing the proper transaction the original leak was from the front of the transmission where the transmission is mounted to the engine. The subsequent visits where for a vibration that you experienced was for a failed transmission mount and 3 month later the leak was from the transmission pan gasket which was as a result of us improperly torqueing the transmission pan or a defective gasket. I would be happy to provide you with a free transmission service or engine oil change for your inconvenience.

Questions Answered by Bonded Transmission & Auto Repair
I Thought It Had A Timing Chain on 2007 Jeep Compass
If it is a 2.0L or a 2.4L it has a chain and not a belt.
Ptu Replacement Really $1500??? Can It Be Done For Less? on 2007 Lincoln MKX
There are always option but if you plan is to keep the vehicle a factory replacement unit should be installed and although $1500 is reasonable you may we normally charge @$1290 plus tax. There have also been noise complaints from the rear differential that sound like PTU/Transfer case failure. Does the noise change when you go on and off the gas pedal or stay constant and increase with road speed?
