Appreciated that I was seen right away because I came in as a walk-in for an annual inspection and could only get it done that day. I also appreciated the comfortable sofa and they offer you a drink - I am 7.5 months pregnant, and it helped with my comfort.

The staff is always friendly and attentive. Even though I'm not in every month, I can go nearly a year and they still recognize me; Lance has always remembered my name. 'Was your car ready when promised?' No and Yes. I was initially told it would take an hour, but it ended up taking 2 hours before it was even brought into the shop. Once they texted me saying it was ready (several hours later, but it had repairs needed), it was ready. 'Was the work performed explained to your satisfaction?' One part has been on my mind. They said they did a dye test to find my oil leak. I've had a dye test done before on AC (different car) where I had to come back; they didn't state I had to come back this time, so I'm not sure if they dye test was completed, or I still need to return. 'Was your car fixed correctly the first time?' I *think* so, but without knowing about the dye test, I couldn't say for certain. I meant to call to ask, but have been sidetracked and then forgot. Will try to call on Thursday for clarification. Again I *think* the car was fixed (other, simpler things were definitely fixed).
