I was disappointed in how long my vehicle was in the shop--especially when I was paying for a car rental.
06/10/17
The technician took me for a ride in my car, and diagnosed the problem, and pointed out what the diagnostic machine determined. He then gave me a price quote and a date and time to pick up the vehicle. I was satisfied.

I know it was good but last time I went there it was for a clutch.

I was looking all over for a good shop to do some transmission work on my 2010 Volkswagen Passat. When I finally found it Everett Transmission was the one. The owner was very knowledgeable about Volkswagens. The dealer said I needed a whole new transmission but I didn't need one. The shop saved me a bunch of cash on something I didn't need. Thanks.

This family owned shop has shown has been around since 1962, with owner Alan Doherty being in charge for the last 43 years. He has assembled a very experienced team of technicians, with over 70 years combined! One thing all that experience has taught them is the importance of ongoing training. Which they all attend regularly to keep up with ever changing automotive technology. They have certainly seen a lot of changes since this business first opened 55 years ago. Swing by and say Hello to their friendly manager, Luis Ruiz. He has made his way through the ranks.

Questions Answered by Everett Transmission & Auto Repair
What Is Causing My Car To Shake When Driving On The Highway? on 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Many of the jeeps have a Torque Converter chatter issue which is often described as a feeling like your hitting the rumble strip on side of roadway. There's a quick test that we can do to confirm this.
Feel Rumble When Starting To Move, Then No More. on 2008 Ford F-150
Drive shafts, mounts and many more things could be the issues.I'm more than sure with a quick look it can be pinpointed. Happy to look at it tommow Am. Al@Everett Transmission
Won't Reverse on 2002 Chevrolet Venture
It is possible that the MLPS switch is faulty. Aka neutral safety switch. But it likely has a broken reverse band or reaction carrier. We can look at it tommow and confirm. Thank you So@ Everett Transmission.
Tranmission Not Shifting In Any Gear Is It The Range Sensor on 1997 Dodge Ram 1500
As far as electronics your transmission uses a Governor pressure sensor and governor solenoid also a lock up and 3/4 shift solenoid. There's no EPC solenoid. Its unlikely a no move in forward and reverse is anything electrical in this unit. how ever you could have heated it up and stuck a valve int the regulator. We'd be happy to check it out and properly diagnose it for you and give you a few options to repair. Thank you Alan @ Everett Transmission.
Why Would The Tire Break Off While Driving? on 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Without seeing it would be very hard to say. If the offset is of the wheels combined with the height it is likely putting extra stress on the wheel bearing hub assembly. But many things must be considered and inspected.
Vibration Noise At 60 Mph In Rear End on 2006 Toyota Matrix
Things that come to mind are drive shaft u joints seizing, rest diff.bearings, drive shaft center bearing. A torque converter can also give chatters or torsional vibrations. We can take a test ride and inspect for you. Thank you,am@everetttransmission.com
The Check Engine Does Not Go On St All So It Won't Pass Inspection What Could Be on 2005 Pontiac Sunfire
Will it set a code. By this I mean if you unplug a sensor like the tps will the vehicle set a retrievable code. By knowing this we can determine if the pcm is capable of reading codes. I would start here. Thank you Alan@ Everett transmission
Should I Purchase A 2015 Honda Crv Ex L Despite Vibration Issues? on 2015 Honda CR-V
I wouldn't recommend purchase without 1st having it diagnosed. We can give it a test drive and courtesy inspection for you. Thank you. Everett transmission
P0341,Would Replacing Crank Sensor Under Cover Next To Oil Filtr Fix This? on 2009 Honda Accord
Ray,
There are a few different things we can do to figure out what is going on. We can check the intake camshaft sprocket for a stuck open condition, if that is ok then we will need to check the vehicles timing. Either one of these issues can be causing the condition.
I Broke The Shifter In My Car, How Much Is It Going To Cost To Fix It? on 2013 Scion FR-S
are you getting any response from the shifter? Or is it just flopping around?
