My most recent experience was great! 5 stars to Jennifer and her team. They were professional, friendly and welcoming. I have already given out cards to my coworkers that are in need of auto care. Will definitely be back for any future needs. They even gave me a loaner to use until my vehicle was ready!!

My initial experience was less than stellar but the office manager was diligent and reached back out to me to work towards a satisfactory result. I initially took my car in, under warranty and Tri-City is recommended by the warranty company, they replaced a part in the hopes that would solve the transmission problem but it did not. After repeated conversations with Jennifer, the office manager, she had me bring my car back in (they provide loaner vehicles- a true blessing!)and they initiated the process of working to discover the problem with the rough shifting transmission. The transmission that was in my 2012 Hyundai Genesis was faulty. They took care of contacting the warranty company and getting a new re-manufactured transmission to replace in my car. Tri-City handled all the details with the warranty company and I was responsible for nothing since they waived my deductible because I had so many problems in the beginning with having the transmission diagnostics completed. This shop is a place that I truly can say
