He's very courteous. He makes everything simple. I'm not very mechanically inclined, so he explains. He gives you an idea what's going to break, but he does not pressure you. The advance repairs he sees he says you should get this seen. He's kind, when you speak to him its a friendly environment. He's very kind very understanding when you speak to him.

Customer Amenities
Our review of Hye Tech Auto Repair found a shop where experience abounds. The average experience of John and his two technicians is over 25 years! Along with all of this experience is a commitment to ongoing training to keep up with all the latest technology. These guys not only work together, they train together, completing various classes each year. Combine these skilled technicians with all the tools and diagnostic equipment we would expect to find in one of our Certified shops and you have a recipe for success. Their excellent Customer Convenience score is due in part to a convenient location near other businesses and services, a local shuttle service, WiFi internet access, and Saturday business hours.
