Better, and faster service than I was previously quoted!

Great little shop with good, competent service, and super fair pricing. Don't let the location and shop size put you off - Helaine knows her stuff!

Wanted to charge more than dealer rates compared to Nissan dealer

I had work done by 360 Automotive for the first time and I feel I'll be a customer as long as I live in this town. Very, very satisfied with the entire experience. It can be challenging for a single woman moving to a new town to find a trustworthy mechanic. Helaine is the right choice for me!

It sounds like something in the front end is worn or broken. We would be happy to take a look at if for you and provide an estimate.

Yes...If it is the set up that runs through the oil filter housing, it will be easier to remove and replace the hoses (use bulk heater hose) with the housing removed. If you take the oil filter off, remove the piece that it threads on to and the assembly will drop down. There is another gasket between the cooler and the housing that should be replaced at this time also (looks similar to the oil filter gasket, but slightly different size). I suggest using silicone clamps instead of regular worm style clamps as they have a metal band inside that will prevent the hose from being cut into when you tighten the clamp. They are more expensive, but well worth it. If they are the squeeze clamps, you can reuse them as long as they are not damaged.

There is a coolant hose that runs to and from the oil cooler on the passenger side of the motor. Either part of the oil filter housing assembly or just above it (if its a seperate assembly). The Coolant hose usually ends up leaking.

When the A/C is running, water builds up inside the HVAC case. There is a drain tube on the bottom of it so the water will drain outside the vehicle. Sometimes this tube can clog up and needs to be cleaned out.

Sounds like the ignition switch is failing, although it could be something completely different. We would be happy to look at it for you!

There are many things that can cause it to crank but not start. I would begin with checking to see if there is any fuel getting to the fuel rail. If there is no fuel getting to the fuel rail (should be a schrader valve on the rail to check this), then i would start looking at the fuel pump and the filter. If it is getting fuel, then there are many other things that can cause this. We would be happy to properly diagnose and repair this concern for you!
