My most recent experience with Auto Stream Car Care was when I had two new tires put on my SUV. Great experience with the staff especially Chris. Chris and others at Auto Stream I find to be very informative and professional in explaining details to their customers with a patient and polite demeanor. I have boasted so much about this company that my co-workers are anxious to take their SUV/CAR there as well.

1) He said: Spark-plugs are bad and need to replaced but they are not bad, spark plugs were replaced a month ago. 2) When I said spark plugs are new, he changed the mark from Red to Green so quickly and the explanations as well. Means inspection was not based on facts. 3) They didn't check the alignment and said: we can do it later although alignment was one of my concerns. 4) Knowing about the alignment status can help you to decide how urgent the suspension repairs are. 5) He said it's late now and let me email you the inspection report tomorrow 9am. He has never emailed it since we talked. 6) I had told them my car needs to be taken to drive test. They had said ok but looks they didn't test drive because didn't say anything about the noise while driving. 6) If I had the report I could say more perhaps. Now Sir/Mis you tell me, what kind of inspection is this?
