Vehicle was dropped off for issue A. Issues B,C,D etc were fixed. Long waiting times for parts, more than 4 separate calls and emails to add parts and labor after the fact. Initially, I was pleased with this shop and decided to have all of my vehicle work done there. This last experience has ruined that. Delay after delay after delay after delay, it's completely out of hand. No offer to reimburse for rental, even though they advertise.

These guys are amazing! They are honest and understanding. I felt no pressure to do anything and they worked very hard to get me the work I really needed done within my tight budget, told me how to manage the other issues until I can afford to fix them, and were totally respectful and friendly the entire time! I can't thank them enough and I will recommend them to everyone!
