Staff was very friendly and supportive. One problem I did have was the mechanic indicated my valve gaskets were leaking even though I had just had them replaced by another automotive repair shop the week before! I mentioned that and indicated maybe they were just looking at the remnants of the previous leak but he said it was still leaking. I took the car back to the repair shop that did the valve gasket replacement earlier and he said he could not find any leaks. He also indicated there was brake fluid everywhere underneath the carriage which seems to indicate the mechanic did not properly 'drain' the bad brake fluid but let it freely spew all over the undercarriage and wheel areas. Though I would probably have never noticed this myself in this particular circumstance it seems something worthy to mention. I now feel obliged to have the undercarriage of my car steam cleaned so that I can determine who is actually telling the truth!
