Way way way overpriced. To be fair the shop does good work as far as I can tell but they are even more expensive then the dealership. I stopped the job after the quote and had the same work done for half the price elsewhere.

I am sorry you feel we are overpriced, we quoted you on your 2001 F150 for hoses and intake removal to gain access to hoses under the intake. We try not to only fix the problem but take care of other problems while we are working on your car to make sure you don't have further issues which might require removal of the intake again, thus saving you money. We have done other work on your vehicle and even went the extra mile for you on the last visit.

I'm satisfied with the work, after Honda did not treat me right. I really liked their service, just need a copy of the bill, for some reason he did not get one. (I, left a vm with shop to get him a copy.) It's was not on time because my Ridgeline was sent to another shop and it took a little longer than expected.

We were lucky to find an engine for you that was practically brand new(without the cost), I know honda was trying to get you for a whole new engine and piecing every thing together, in turn making the engine cost astronomical. The unfortunate side is when we went to re-charge your a/c system the low side valve was damaged. That was one delay we did not see coming.

After I was told all soft parts would be replaced when I paid over 4500 dollars for a new engine on my frontier I found the heater core tube was not even halfway on and end up exploding anti freeze Inside the car. The air conditioner didn't work and I was told it would be another 500+ to replace the compressor when I found out it wasn't the compressor that was broken but was actually the thermostat that sits inside the condenser and only cost me 35 dollars with shipping to fix myself. I also asked for the suspension to be looked over and wasn't told only the torsion bar needed to be aligned but to date, my truck is leaning to the wrong side and the shocks are completely busted! The battery also died about a month after it left the shop and the alternator seems to be bad. The fuel filter I had replaced after the engine swap was so packed with crud it was ridiculous and my truck was only getting Barely 160 miles on a full tank and after the fuel filter was replaced the truck now easily gets 250 miles on a full tank. The truck also lacks power for being a v6 with a newly replaced engine and at times I can feel it stutter. The power steering pump is shot and the truck is hard to turn at times. The lug nuts on the tires were missing on 3 of the four tires and the list goes on and on.
