The BEST auto repair shop I've ever been to. We moved here from Ohio 6 years ago and stumbled upon Renson's a few years in. I take my cars NOWHERE else. They are incredibly professional, thorough and do it right the first time. I never feel like I am getting sold something I do not need. Charlie is the best CSR I have ever encountered (and my dad/brother had owned auto service shops in the past). Customer for life!

Very helpful and customer service oriented. They give me an accurate estimate ahead of time, helped me arrange for pickup and drop-off of my car outside normal business hours, and helped arrange a rental car for me at a preferred rate. They finished the service early, did a great job, and didn't pressure me into getting additional services.

Staff (Fiona) was knowledgeable and upfront on what repairs roadblocks might be encountered in repairs . Costs inline with estimates. Clean shop provided regular updates on progress of repairs and work completed on schedule. Price was significantly lower than an estimate from my former regular shop.

Renson's staff and mechanic support very helpful, timely and aging Mercedes working just fine. Not being a mechanic or going to another place for my repairs, I am not in position to rank first two so I put 3 or 4. The fact Renson has a high level of repeat patrons is testimony in itself.
