I am still trying to decide if I want the AC fluid replaced after a new AC unit was installed because I do not believe that it is blowing cold enough air.

I agree with Jim's answer. Most likely a wheel bearing but could be a tire. We usually rotate the tires and take the vehicle for a second test drive to see if the noise moves to a different wheel position. If not, the wheel bearing is the likely cause.

A broken timing belt can lead to engine damage which will cost even more to repair after it breaks. Your car will also stop running if the belt breaks. Struts do not have a required replacement mileage. Unless they are broken or severely leaking, there would be no reason to prioritize their replacement.

Here is a link to replacement auto-locking hubs on EBay. If you want to save money, you could replace with manual hubs for about 1/2 the price. I would not attempt to use the 4WD with only one working hub.

Stalling is usually caused by a rough running condition or a low idle speed. The idle speed is controlled by the ECU via an idle air control motor. Also, a large vacuum leak can cause stalling. It sounds like it is time to get in to a shop for some diagnostic work.
