I think they do a good job but sometimes I think they are too busy to pay attention to the little things. I often wait to see if a technician refers to the recommendations from previous visits and often most often they do not. Also I get concerned that depending on who works on my car if mistakes were made; I have had to go back for adjustments.

Needed a new battery. It was a specialty battery that had to be ordered. I left that day, and called back. The lady said she would call me back in five minutes with the installed price. Never did hear from her! I had the battery replaced at a dealer. Poor service!

Loud Exhaust On Rt Side When Engine Starts on 2008 BMW 335xi
Thank you for your question on your BMW exhaust concern. I understand that type of noise can be embarrassing. We can certainly help you with that. Of course it would require bringing the vehicle in so we can pinpoint the source of the noise for you. Many times also, an exhaust noise is more pronounced when it is cold compared to when the exhaust gets hot because metal expands with an increase of temperature. We recommend to make an appointment to bring the vehicle in when you can leave it. It's best to check it when the vehicle is completely cooled off. Once we identify to source of the noise, we can give you an accurate estimate of cost to make the proper repair and the time required to do so. A faulty fuel pump is possible, however there are many other possibilities which can cause the same symptom. It can get very expensive to throw parts at the vehicle and not know if they will correct the problem. The answer is to have one of our certified technicians perform a diagnosis to pinpoint the failure. We have dealt with this type of issue before and we can provide the proper "fix". We can certainly fix this problem for you however it would require bringing the vehicle to inspect & diagnose the cause. The cost to diagnose this would be approximately $100. After that time we can inform you of the cause, the time required to make the repair and the how much it would cost.
