The work was done well. However, I asked to be called when the car was done and I never got a call. I went to the shop to find out what the problem was and the car was sitting there ready to go. It was a big deal to me as I was on vacation with my family and we were waiting for the car to be fixed to go out and enjoy the day.

Fine experience.

Thermostat housing is the problem and wate...
The thermostat and housing run roughly $190-$240 for parts through napa and $100-$150 on labor (really depends on what the average labor rate is for your area) and is a fairly simple repair. If your confident that this is the only issue, then yes. Though with adding water to the cooling system you may want to consider a coolant flush as well after the repair
I can't remember but I think it only happe...
The turn signal flasher relay may be going out. A local shop can test to verify that its the relay. The part generally runs $30-$50 with labor /diagnostics at $100-$150

Try replacing the air filter, having the throttle body/air intake cleaned out with the fuel injectors (typically its a 3 part cleaning and most shops offer this service). Excess carb build up can cause poor gas mileage

It could be the cluster, but more often than not, there is another issue. If its pulling a check engine light other than the "coolant hot" light, find out what the code is, autozone will check codes, other than that, make sure you have good coolant flow, a bad thermostat that is not opening can cause it to get hot!
no air flow from rear overhead vents.
Blend doors not opening for the rear. The actuators can fail and cause the air doors to basically lock shut until manually opened or actuator is replaced

Take it to your local mechanic or tire shop and have them do a 4 wheel alignment, make sure they check and adjust caster, camber and toe. They should be able to tell you how far out the alignment may be and the adjustments they made in degrees from where it was to where it should be

Is it that only half the vents are blowing cold and the others are blowing hot? Or is it that half the time you are driving they are blowing cold and the other half of the time they are blowing hot? If half of the vents are blowing cold, you may have a blend door issue, if its going from cold to hot and vise versa there may be an issue with the HVAC components (compressor&clutch, high pressure switch, ex)
what needs to be done.
Sounds like the security has been activated (or deactivated). Will the vehicle start and is the security light lit up on the dash cluster/gauge area? Also, will it lock and unlock with the key? Door controls? Key fob?
