I've taken two very different types of cars to Honest-1 Auto Care for annual and emissions inspections, and have had some small repairs done. Service was done well within the estimated times, the waiting area is comfortable and going to the Starbucks next door is an option for long waits. I like that all of my questions are answered and cost estimates are accurate so there are no surprises. That might be different for major repairs where unexpected issues can be found, but even then I'd trust what the technician (especially if it was Lee) had to say about what needed to be done. I've been very happy with the service, atmosphere, and attentiveness of the staff at Honest-1, and expect to continue taking my cars there whenever service is needed.

I originally took my car to Honest-1 for a weird noise in the rear of my car. When the problem was identified as just my tires, and there was no charge for the diagnosis I decided I would move my car over to them for all service going forward. I had the 50k service performed, which the dealership quoted me an unbelievable price to do. At Honest-1 the price they charged was fair and reasonable. The staff was helpful and considerate of my time. Everything promised was delivered, plus more....good work at a fair price. Thank you for that!
