Robbie kept me informed through the process while my car was being worked on. He tried his best to have the extended warranty pay for the repairs and I really appreciate that, even though CarMax didn't follow through. I would definitely recommend Precision Tune to those who need car repairs

The guy that helped me was really patient and even though my appointment was at 10 and it was pushed back and they were busy he was very patient and helpful with all my questions. Even helped me put my new tail light in. Plan on coming back for my next oil change.

They aligned my front wheels completely but only did what they could do my rear wheels which actually needed the alignment because I was using a Groupon & they only do so much because they would have to unscrew some bolts or something like that but they are the ones who put the offer up on Groupon so why am I only getting the bare minimum just because I m using Groupon. I also didn't get my wiper blades changed forgot to check before I left but noticed afterward. Not worth saving a quick buck I would pay full price somewhere else to get the job correctly done. Don't waste your time go somewhere else.
