Remove trans is there a fram under them

do thay have a fram under them that has to be removed to take out trany scale 1 to 10 how hard is a lincoln trany remover I have done front drive car in the past just not a lincoln

Using a support bracket to hold the engine in place, the subframe does get dropped, and then the transmission gets removed.

Really no different than any other front wheel drive. Same as the Taurus/Sable, except tighter clearances with the V8.

Scale of 1-10? Hard to rate since It depends on the skill of the tech! I would never recommend a front wheel drive transmission be removed in a non-shop environment. Heavy equipment really is necessary to do this right and safely.
