Recall 18V759000

Floor Mat May Allow Accelerator To Stick

Recall Details

The accelerator pedal may not return to the proper disengaged position due to interference with the driver's floor mat. Dealers will replace affected floor mats free of charge to resolve the concern.

Our Quick Take

The driver's floor mat of the vehicle may be too close to the accelerator pedal, possibly causing the accelerator pedal to stick and not allow the engine to return to proper idle speed. This could cause unintended movement of the vehicle and could result in a crash.

What Should You Do?
