Recall 14V790000

High Beam Headlight Power Too Dim

Recall Details

The low beam headlights may shut off when the high beams are activated, resulting in the lighting not being as bright as needed. Dealers will update the headlight control module software free of charge to resolve the concern.

Our Quick Take

The amount of light provided by the high beam function of the headlights may not be bright enough, because the low beam headlights may turn off when the high beams are activated. This could cause reduced visibility and lead to an accident.
