Rebuilt transmission shifting issue from 1st to 2nd gear

(2006 Ford Taurus)
ford taurus 2006. Transmission was rebuilt 2 years ago, recently replaced spark plugs and wires, did transmission fluid and filter change. works normal when car is cold, after driven 15+ miles shifting from 1st to 2nd goes up to 3000rpm before shifting and I let go of acceleration. Shifting sometimes is hard. No misfires on engine. no transmission codes read.
Only codes on engine is P0455 and P0430.
transmission fluid looked ok before change, no metal material on filter.
What could cause this issue if there are no other codes pointing to any other components?
What seems to make the problem better or worse? It's worse after driving 15+ stop and go traffic
How long have you had this problem? Several months

Sounds like an internal mechanical concern to me. Monitoring shift solenoid operation with a diagnostic tool would be a simple first start. Then may require tear down and inspection of the transmission.
