Set wiper arm and motor in the parked, or off position, then tighten the nut at the base of the wiper ARM! It's most likely hidden under a plastic cover which can be lifted up or removed for access to this nut.

BOTH WIPER MOTOR AND WIPER ARM HAVE GOT TO BE IN THE PARKED/OFF POSITION BEFORE THGHTENING!!!
