Rear sway bar on 2004 Pontiac Sunfire SE Coup

(2004 Pontiac Sunfire)
in Salina, KS on January 01, 2010
I just had a complete front & rear alignment on my Sunfire. The front probably didn't need it but the rear required shims. The car has 101,000 miles on it. If the rear sway bar needed to be replaced, would that have shown up on the computer alignment?

Possibly not, the sway bar just controls body roll around turns. It should not effect most if any alignment angles.
