The rotors are floating - meaning they should slide off of the hub once the caliper and bracket has been removed.

The only exception may be some retaining tabs on the studs that are holding the rotor on. They just pry off.

The parking brake mechanism may be binding the rotor on as well - hard to say; if this is the case, you may have to pry some to get the rotor off.
