Rear door problem

(2002 Honda Odyssey)

the left rear door does not open. I can hear the motor making noise when i press the remote button or pull the door handle.

I am not a at all good with mechanical or electrical components

These doors are known for having door rollers that fall off and wedge in track causing the door to not open or open very hard. Rollers are available through a Honda parts dealer. Not very easy to replace if you are a DIY type. An experienced tech usually spends a couple of hours on this repair. Hope this helps.
