Rear Door Lock

I want to take out rear right door pannel to fix the power lock as it locks with the remote but fail to open when I want to.

The time to remove and replace the door lock actuator is .8 and the part runs about $98 at www.parts.com, But first thing is to make sure the battery in the remote is new before you take the door panel off just to make sure its not a weak battery
