1999 Lexus RX300 Question: Rear bumper reflector installation

, Lemon Grove, CA, June 01, 2009, 18:40

Does the bumper need to be removed to replace the reflector lense? How is this installed?

Thanks for your response but I wasn't very clear. I am referring to the non-lighted reflector lense inset into the bottom of the rear bumper.

I remember it is difficult to get access to the reflector/side lamp. I know I didn't take off the bumper but gained access to replace the bulb from underneath or pulling back the fender liner.

I replaced one myself. It is just "peel and stick"!
Chip out any remaining pieces of the broken lens, wipe down the space with a little alcohol, peel the backing off of the new reflector and stick it on. I can't even pump my own gas, but I managed this repair!
