Rear brake shoes too big

I recently tried to install rear brake shoes on my pathfinder and the shoes seemed to be too big has anyone else had this problem

Bring them back to the parts store with the old shoe that you just removed for a sample, They probably gave you the wrong shoes. All the name brand shoes have a 574 number on them (FB574 or 17574B or R574 for example)
