gears starting to grind when going to fifth heads gift gets warm too my husband blames me for stalling no way I'm believing that it's not the driver
Start car in the morning and can't get into another gear. Turn ignition off ~ restart and it goes into gear. My mechanic wants me to pick up clutch pack kit. A very expensive repair. Is this the proper diagnosis?
No hesitation for days. Started this AM-after 3 blocks went into heavy hesitation. Then big clunk. Died. I started and creeped about a block in 1st gear. loud clunking, hesitation, black smoke. Able to park then it died.
Both windows aren't going up or down. All the electric switches have been checked to see if anyone was damaged but seems like that's not the issue, can't seem to find what it is. Please help.

Have 268K+ miles on this car, bought new, almost 20yrs old. Told it needs new front suspension, engine block mounts, new front brakes, plus some small basic maintenance. At this point, have I driven her into the ground? Quoted about $4600/$4800 for repair and they are working with me for that price.
About to get on interstate when transmission didnt want to shift, car then lost all power and shut off. Would not restart. Had to be towed. Pool of antifreeze under car within minutes. Help! Friends car and she is freaking out.
drove it home. it needed a new battery so i got a new battery. put it in now every time i hook up the negative terminal, it blows the fusible link. i have even tried a larger fusible up to 80. blows it out to. it calls for a 50.
i did a test with a jumper, meter came up to 12 volts. but still won't start. hooked the negative cable & it blows out again. battery tester between ground & battery cable is 10 volts.
could there be a short? and where could it possibly be?

I have a standard integra and one of the oroblems it came with was the bushings of the gears. Its really hard to shift gears. So now who was about to fix the bushings tells me its the transmission.. The car still runs.. I dont know what to do. she has 150000km please help :(
First my oil light was blinking then turn to a solid red light.and a few

Was strapped. Then put a new head and connect everything back. The oil light is still coming on? And check engine light. Help please
There is not much room to place the new wheel stud, seems like you need a special tool to remove the hub that holds the studs in place.
