My 2001 Toyota Sequoia sounds like it wants to turn on but never does there are times were it just makes a clicking sound battery is charged still I get nothing?

My Toyota it makes this clicking sound I checked the battery and it's good sometimes it sounds like it's gonna crank up but doesn't I boost it and nothing it does the same thing???

What makes this problem better or worse?

It just doesn't want to crank up all of the sudden...
