Must I replace rotors with rear brake pad replacement if the rotors don't yet have damage? thank you.

Rotor replacement may not be required with new brake pads, but mesurements of the rotors will be needed to determine this. If vehicle has any vibration while braking i would recommend replacement. If rotors are thick enough and have no warpage they can be machined, but it is likley the brake pads will out live the old rotors.
NO YOU CAN HAVE THEM TURN IF THEY CAN TURN THEM IF NOT THEN YES YOU WELL HAVE TO BUY NEW ONES
In the case of 2007 Camry, I was told rear (but not front) rotors can not be serviced/machined. So the choice is to replace or not while the brake pads are being replaced.
