What is your question?
Maybe once out of every 15 starts the belt will squeal for a few seconds and then stop. Just recently started this. Am I at a critical point or do you think I have some time? I am a single woman and this just isn't in the budget right now but car trouble scares me.

It's a fan belt that will give a squeal in the morning. Toyota say change that timing belt @ 90,000 miles or 72 months, I have seen them last longer. The timing belt is unlikely to be the sound you hear, if there is any water pump bearing sound, idler bearing noise or oil leaks within the timing cover that would make a strong case to replace the timing belt. Do check tension and condition of the fan belt. Hey Roy, I'll send you an email if I can think of anyone up your way. Sorry to hear pump is gone out. I'm in Ireland at the moment and don't have my business address book with me!
Hey Pat My Dodge diesel needs a VP-44 Bosch injection pump any ideas where I can get one installed? Roy
