Hello, I've never heard of a valid test that included checking both sides of a fuse cavity, so I can't be sure; but it would seem to me that the whole point of having a fuse is to provide circuit protection where current is traveling. Looking at the wiring diagram for your vehicle, Fuse #6 which protects the circuit between the battery and the ASD relay would be 12 volts on the battery side and seemingly zero volts of the ASD relay is not active. When you remove the ASD relay, do you have voltage on the other side? Keep in mind, no start concerns can be caused by so many things -- engine performance or electrical, so I'm only addressing the question as posed, not really speaking to whether or not there are other places to look first. Good luck!
